Social Mobilization & Community Physical Infrastructure Project
is being implemented in poorest of the poor communities in the four union councils (Ayza Abad Maral, Khokhran, Hamid pur Kanora & Shershah) of Shershah Town, in District Multan. This project has following three major components;

Social Mobilization
This component focuses on institutional and organizational development for community organizations at three levels;
Hamlet/Basti Level
 Revenue Village Level
Union Council Level
Community Physical Infrastructure Development
This component is playing an important part in the development of the targeted areas, 07 community physical infrastructure schemes have been started in these areas the major purpose of starting these schemes is to improve the hygienic conditions of the focused areas by constructing drains, brick soling and small bridges/culverts. For the construction of each scheme community is contributing the 20% of overall cost of the project while remaining 80% is shared by AwazCDS.
Exposure Visits
Awaz CDS is arranging exposure visits for the members of COs to other COs that are working in other provinces. The main purpose of this component is to mobilize the community members by seeing the notable work of different community organization.
