1. A village where all children (girls & boys) have equal right, opportunity and access to get primary education

2. A village where teachers are regularly coming into schools

3.  A village where Basic health facility is working efficiently and community has access to basic health facilities and MMR and IMR is reduced by 50%.

4. A village where community is aware, practicing and maintaining better health and hygiene

5. A related enabling environment for all human beings for socialization

6.  A village where Government line department representatives are visiting and facilitating the community regularly

7. A village where vaccination and treatment to livestock is provided regularly

8. A village where people believe and practice participatory development approaches

9. A village where violence against women doesn’t exist

10. A village where every child birth or death is registered

11. A village where all the men and women have their CNICs

12. A village where every eligible voter is registered and women are allowed to cast their votes freely

13. A village where men and women have equal rights to live, to get education and work without any gender based discrimination.

14. A village where community has awareness regarding their rights and have knowledge and skill to build linkages and networking with support organizations to resolve their issues and problems

15. A village where VDC is having proper reporting system & self-help development initiatives are taken by men and women VDCs independently by themselves for uplifting their socio-economic conditions

16. A village where VDCs have skill and capacity to access government’s financial and technical resources to contribute in their village development

17. A village where there is community should access to safe drinking water.

18. A village where there are Latrines in all houses.
