• Strengthened voice (policy, advocacy and government oversight)
• Enhanced capacity (Organizational Development and targeted trainings)
• Improved Accountability (Public and Private Connections or linkages between and among state and non-state sectors).

Thematic areas for which the proposal will be designed are:

• Improving water rights
• Citizens’ Oversight of Municipal Services
• Energy Sector oversight and Policy Reforms

Individuals/firms have to submit their profile which must include the following otherwise the submitted application/ profile will be disqualified:

• Expertise of Respondent
• Past History (services which has already delivered to other organizations)
• Market Reputation
• Cost Charged for the Proposal writing (if cost will be charged per day then mention the number of days)
• Number of days required for proposal writing
• Gender (anyone can apply)
