Awaz Foundation invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for supply of following materials for its on going CRP Project at Mianwali and Alipur

Important Notes:Tenders must be sealed and should reach before 01.00 PM on 23th February, 2012 at AwazCDS-Pakistan Head office, House # 2440N, 8A/D-Block, Shamasabad Colony, Multan. And should be clearly marked “Tender Reference: ACDS/LPU/MA/08/12 February 19th 2012” .The Tender will open on the same day and time in presence of suppliers

• Tender dossier can be obtained from AwazCDS-Pakistan Head office, House # 2440N, 8A/D-Block, Shamasabad Colony, Multan between 9.00 a.m. 5.00 pm. during working days before or on 23.2.2012. Tender forms ,instructions and price schedule given in tender dossier must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offers will not be considered.

• A pay order/demand draft in favor of ‘AwazCDS’ with a value of 5% of bid amount must also accompany the bid as tender Guarantee, Bids received without Tender Guarantee may be rejected. Bids received without samples may be rejected.
