AwazCDS is made up of a dynamic team of professionals ranging from well-qualified Governance Structure, Dedicated Leadership and management staff to committed and hard-working field teams. There are different organizational units, bifurcated regarding their various roles and responsibilities. These units in a combined way form a whole organizational picture. There are various sub-units under the program unit as well, who are working in an integrated way, contributing towards organization’s core mission & vision. Following are highlights of some of our dedicated staff members working at our head office and field offices.

Mr. Muhammad Zia-ur-Rehman is the founder and Chief Executive of AwazCDS. He has 15 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. He has done his Masters from country’s well-recognized University and completed several diplomas in development sector .e.g.  Diploma in NGO Leadership & Management (USA) and diploma under social enterprise development program (LUMS). He is the member of many development consultative groups, networks and coalitions working in the country and around, for the promotion of peace, human rights and sustainable development.

Mrs. Samrana Zeresh Bhati (Monitoring & Evaluation Officer) has done M.Sc Applied Mathematics from B.Z.U and having the teaching experience of almost ten years. She joined AwazCDS on 1st August09 as a management trainee. Currently working as M&E Officer

Mrs. Shahnila Anjum is one of the senior staff members. After her bachelor’s degree, she started her career with Awaz in 2003 as Office Executive, and recently she has completed her Masters in Political Science. She is working as accountant. She feels herself quite comfortable at Awaz and committed to serve it for a longer period of time

Mrs. Khadija Shaheen (Research & Documentation Officer) is the leading young lady at research and development unit. She got her masters in social science from Islamia University, Bahawalpur and joined Awaz in 2006 as office executive and now she has been leading Research & Development unit

Mr Nasir Ali (Admin Assistant) is the keen and efficient member of admin unit and he has delivered his services up to the mark. He joined Awaz on 22 August 2008. He has a wide experience of office management and has been working as office executive.

Mr Talib Hussain is (Head Driver) joined Awaz in 2004  as Driver and now he is working as Head  Driver at Awaz Head  Office Multan

Mr. Haji Ameen (Driver)  joined Awaz in 2007 and now he is working as Driver at Head Office.

Mr. Abdul Samad (Driver) joined Awaz in 2009 and now he is working as Driver at Head Office

Mr. Tajamal Hussain Shah (Office Care Taker) a dedicated worker. He joined Awaz in 2004 and now he is working as Office Care Taker at Head Office

Mr Javed Hussain (Manager Field Operations Field Office Alipur) got degree in Education from AIOU. He had four years working experience in Social Sector before joining Awaz as Field social Organizer in august 2005. Now he is working as Manager Field Operations Field Office Alipur in District Muzaffar Garh

Miss. Nudrat Zahra is one of the dedicated staff members working at Awaz for a long time. She has very well communication and motivation skill in her and nowadays performing as field social organizer at Alipur

Miss. Shazia Perveen is another dedicated lady in Awaz Staff. She loves to work for her communities and feels herself comfortable at Awaz Alipur office as Field social organizer

Mr. Saleem Akhtar (Driver) is a dedicated worker. He has experience of driving. He joined Awaz in august 2004. Currently he is working as driver at Field Office Alipur.

Mr. Asghar Ali  (Office Care Taker)    is an efficient worker. He joined Awaz in February 2009. He is working as Office Care Taker

Mr Rafiq Javed (Manager Field Operations Field Office Tounsa)    got his Masters degree in Political sciences. He worked at various management positions in CHIP and other like minded organizations. His contribution during disaster response efforts was extra-ordinary. He travelled abroad to learn from Indonesians, how to build one when Tsunami likes disasters occurs.   He started his career with Awaz in 2001, as Manger Field Operations. He has in-built qualities of leadership

Mr. Hafeez Mahmood (Internee Field Social Organizer) is Field Social Organizer at Field office Tounsa .He is F,A and under Graduate, he is working in Awaz CDS  at programme  level. He started his career from Awaz CDS. He proved himself as a dedicated and honest young man. Participation in a  PRA training and events has built up his development thinking and approaches.

Miss Rehana Ahmed (Field Social Organizer) got her Masters degree in Political Sciences She joined Awaz team in January 2008. She is working as field Social Organizer and looks resolute to serve marginalized communities of D G Khan

He is nowadays doing his masters in Gender and Women Studies from AIOU. Since April 2006, he is working in Awaz as Manger Field Operations at Field office Vehari. He proved himself as a dedicated and honest young man. Participation in training events has built up his development thinking and approach.
